I really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. From outside it looks too old, yes it's a old building, but most of the rooms were renovated and looks super new and rooms and bathroom deserves the 5 star ratings (love the size of the room). Super clean and modern bathroom. Nice pool with a slide and Jacuzzi. My 3 years daughter very much enjoyed the kids club (play area). Easy access to Platinum mall from main road. Easy to arrange airport transfer from Hotel, as separate desk is there. Very happy with staff at the reception as she allowed us to check-in after keeping some dollars and ask to exchange dollars to Thai Baht from outside as Hotel rates are always not good and visit some time later to make the full payment.

The staff were extremely professional and pleasant to deal with. Room service was prompt, and housekeeping staff went above and beyond to assist us with additional plug adaptors. The room was well maintained, good working air conditioning, lovely kitchen with a fridge/freezer and washing machine. The bed was lovely and firm, and we had the best time sitting out on the spacious balcony.

I stayed at this hotel for multiple times. Really loved the Double Bed, and it's spacious. i also liked the standing shower area. Staff are friendly.

The fact that is near to platinum mall, Big C and some night market. Many convenience shop and eateries around the area.

Location is very good and always my favourite place to stay when I visit BKK. Shopping is very convenient and there are lots of massage palours just directly downstairs. You can book a cab easily using their hotel service. Complimentary coffee at lobby during specific timing. Staffs were very very friendly and very helpful. Beds were comfy. Will book this hotel few times a year for both work and family trips.

Pretty descent hotel in a great location close to several malls. The rooms are huge and the beds are the most comfortable ones I had in a hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful, just two things that we remark : - on arrival I had to wait pretty long for check in as there was a bigger group and only one person at the counter. Unfortunately I was neither offered a seat, beverage or even my luggage to be taken. Had to ask for the Wi-Fi and got a paper that said username is room number which is difficult to know before check in. I think such considerations could be improved. - during our stay my wife fell on the wet floor cause the personnel missed to put a sign. In the whole lobby no one but a guest came to help her, cleaning staff just smiled at her. However, after we informed the front desk about the situation we have been offered an excuse with some goods on our room and a late checkout which I found appropriate.

Super convenient location, new renovate hotel which near by Platinum Mall. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. I will be back! High recommend to others.
